We’ve been specialists in post-industrial plastic waste recycling since 1991. So you can rely on our knowledge and experience to help your business.

In fact we are one of the largest plastic waste recycling operations in the London area and across the South of the UK. Our 35,000 square foot facility is located in Berkshire.

Worldwide Plastic Waste Recycling

Our work is predominantly in post-industrial plastic recycling which includes most polymers – see what we buy and sell. We deal with some clean post-consumer plastics, such as wheelie bins, clean plastic trays and waste plastics from post consumer windows.

Key client sectors include manufacturers in the window, pipe and food industries.

We also work with a lot of plastic card manufactures, as well as extrusion and injection moulding firms.

RPCS operates in the UK but exports around 60% of material overseas to Europe, Asia and beyond.

Impressive State-of-the-Art Technology

We have invested heavily in top quality German machinery and have our own welding facilities on site. Our plastic waste recycling equipment includes granulators, shredders, pulverizers and blenders.

We provide various types of plastic and metal boxes for our customers to store their plastic waste ready for collection

Plus we have our own calibrated HGV weighbridge for sole use.

Electrical Power and Environmental Impact

Our large power requirements are offset by the use of solar panels on our warehouses. These create a renewable energy source and contribute to reducing our environmental impact.

Our entire plastic waste recycling operations are all about helping manufacturers to recycle their own waste materials.

Accreditations and Memberships

RPCS has achieved its ISO-14001:2015 certification. This is an international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system.

We are also members of Recovinyl:

• Recovinyl is an initiative by the European PVC value-chain that aims to encourage and facilitate PVC plastic waste recycling

Clive Roads

Managing Director

Founded RPCS in 1991 as a specialist plastic recycling and trading company.

Clive’s key tasks include:

• buying and selling all types of post-industrial plastic waste
• sourcing new supplies of material
• liaising with new customers and visiting existing UK and European clients
• sourcing machinery for production

Fred Houghton

Operations Manager

Fred has worked in his role as Operations Manager since 2010. Prior to this he was a transport manager. Key activities include:

• buying and selling of all types of plastic
• organising all aspects of our third-party transport to ensure we provide prompt collections and deliveries of plastic
• compliance – including ISO 14001:2015 and other permits and licenses
